Employers are not notified if you reject an invitation.
Can I register for Guhuza and participate in live interviews on the platform as an international job seeker?
As of right now, we don't have the opportunity for international job seekers to use the platform.
If I am a job seeker, will I have to pay for background checks if an employer asks me to do one?
It depends on the employer. In most cases the employer will pay to have your background checks completed.
Do you provide a list of employers/industries that were already onboarded to use Guhuza to find job seekers?
Job seekers are unable to see which employers or industries are on our platform and which one they will get an interview with.
How much information will a job seeker receive about an employer if they are invited to do a live interview?
ob seekers will be provided with the employer's job description and company information when they are connected.
Do employers sometimes do second interviews after the initial interview?
Depending on the employer, sometimes they may arrange for a second interview with job seekers.
How can I order a background check on a potential employee if they are not on Guhuza?
Employers can order background checks for employees even if they are not on Guhuza.
