Employers will be asked to fill out their profile with as much information as possible to ensure our system can precisely match job seekers with their information and positions available on our platform.
Once registered, complete your employer profile with as much detail as possible. This helps our system match your roles with the most suitable job seekers. Guhuza’s advanced technology ranks candidates based on the skills required for each position.
When a match is made, job seekers are notified by text and/or email to review the job description. If interested, job seekers can enter the interview lobby, where employers and candidates can connect instantly through live interviews on the platform.
