The platform’s advanced technology matches profiles with relevant jobs and notifies candidates by text and/or email when opportunities arise. If interested, they can accept an interview offer and enter the interview lobby for a live conversation with employers on the platform.

Job seekers can further customize their experience by setting interview preferences under “Notification Preferences” in their account. Here, they can select how to receive alerts (email, text, or both) and choose their preferred days and times for notifications.
